Our 6 Weeks to Wellness Program is for YOU. Based on your body’s specific needs, a personal trainer designs a customized plan to alleviate your ongoing pain, and increase your strength and flexibility. By incorporating chiropractic and exercise, we can improve your muscle and joint function so you resume your daily and leisure activities. It’s simple…our chiropractors and physical therapists can help you feel better and stronger. Some patients will do the program twice a week for a six-week period while others will do once a week for 12 weeks. Get started today!

Our therapists will measure all of your major joint ranges of motion. They are looking for tight muscles as well as hyper flexible muscles, which can lead to muscle imbalances and pain. They will give you an appropriate stretching program based on their findings. They will also discuss the body mechanics of bending, lifting, sitting, lying down and more.

Strength Assessment

Our therapists will test your muscle strength by doing a table top muscle assessment. Many times when the muscles aren’t doing their job, another muscle group will compensate, leading to muscle imbalances and pain. They also address core strength and the most effective ways to strengthen those core muscles. A strong core is very important for preventing many aches and pains in the low back and neck, as well as other areas of the body. The therapist will give you a personalized program based on their findings and the equipment you have available at home.

Beyond the Assessments

Once you are through the assessment phase, your therapist or athletic trainer will use their findings to take you through different types of functional workouts. Each workout is designed for your specific needs. Based on the therapist’s evaluation, they will create a customized home workout program for you.
